1. Eligibility for Returns
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Customized or made-to-order sarees are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
- Customized Orders: Sarees tailored or altered as per your specifications are not eligible for returns.
- Worn or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection (may take up to 5 business days).
- If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
5. Refund Amount
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- For all other returns, only the cost of the product will be refunded (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item under the conditions mentioned above and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

- Once dispatched, the return and refund policy will apply.
