Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Customized or made-to-order sarees are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
  • Customized Orders: Sarees tailored or altered as per your specifications are not eligible for returns.
  • Worn or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer xyz@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection (may take up to 5 business days).
  • If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.

5. Refund Amount

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, only the cost of the product will be refunded (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item under the conditions mentioned above and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made sarees
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the return and refund policy will apply.
